SOUTH AFRICA: 80,412 confirmed cases,44,331 Recovered,Death 1,674.

EGYPT:49,219 confirmed cases,13,141 Recovered,Death 1,850.

NIGERIA:17,735 confirmed cases,5,967 Recovered,Death 469.

GHANA:12,590 confirmed cases,4,410 Recovered, Death 66.

ALGERIA:11,268 confirmed cases,7,943 Recovered,Death 799.

Globally it's now:8,428,263 confirmed cases,4,436,254 Recovered,Death 451,918.
3,540 currently infected patients,
3,485,596 in mild condition,
54,495 critical condition.

COVID-19: Lagos set to bring back..... education in the state .. Updated By Adichie Ekene May 27,2020 STRONG indications emerged, yesterday, that officials of the Federal and Lagos State governments are working out guidelines for re-opening of schools, which closure was precipitated by the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. This came as the Lagos State Government hinted that there are plans to employ no fewer than 2,000 more teachers in its public primary schools. Similarly, the state government, through the Office of Education Quality Assurance, has designed an initiative, tagged: ‘Read-Aloud, Lagos’, to create and stimulate the interest of school children in reading books.
