According to report from phenoms sport news,the FIFA president (GIANI INFANTINO)has announced that australia and new zealand are the host of the 2023 womens FIFA world cup.

This was concluded and follows a vote taken by the FIFA OFFICIAL council during its meeting held via video conference on thursday been 25th of june 2020.

The joint bid passed by the football federation new zealand and Australia football received 22 out of the 35 valid votes cast by the FIFA council in the first ballot,with the colombia football association having obtained 13 votes.

The womens FIFA world cup 2023 will be the first edition to feature 32 teams and it will also be the first to be hosted and organize by new zealand and Australia and across two confederations,(AFC and OFC).
